These synthetic users are built using cutting edge neuroscience techniques, that allows them to replicate real human conversations, using our proprietary EngramCodex™ technology.

3-6 distinct customer Personas are created based on the best performing customer segments for your brand, using available 1st party data.

Research

We conduct a series of interviews that leverage modern behavioral economics techniques, and collect information using biometric and audio recording tools.

Training

We use our proprietary processes to encode the resulting customer interview data into our EngramCodex™ format, for use as core memory clusters during AI training.

Benchmarking

We test results using surveys to match these synthetic users preferences against their originals, along with a successful pass of a turing test for authenticity.
